Sand blasting nozzle
Sand blasting nozzle is normally the most replaced part of sandblasting equipment. Sand blasting nozzle is used to evenly diffusing media to the surface. If we use different sand blasting nozzle we can have our work done in different ways. Wider nozzles will diffuse media on a lot wider arena but the pressure is normally lower so the surface does not get as clean and rough as it would get if we would have used more narrow nozzle.
But do keep in mind. If we use narrow sand blasting nozzle the pressure inside of it is a lot higher and the nozzle needs to be replace a lot more often. With smaller nozzles we can on the other hand reach all areas of the surface and we can be a lot more precise with sandblasting. But no matter which gun or sand blasting nozzle we use, those two parts will be replaced most often.
